What You'll Do:
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships and exceeding their advertising needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and marketing objectives to propose customized advertising solutions.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads, leveraging effective prospecting and negotiation techniques.
- Present and sell our advertising solutions across various platforms (print, digital, etc. ), demonstrating the value proposition to clients.
- Negotiate and close advertising deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage and monitor client budgets, ensuring they maximize their advertising spend.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to optimize sales strategies and campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (e. g. , creative, marketing) to deliver comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members (optional).
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the advertising landscape, including digital and traditional media channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome sales challenges.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A data-driven approach to sales, utilizing analytics to optimize performance.
