Manager - Advertising & Media Planning

Retail Major :

- Oversees communication strategy of Fresh business, forms and directs advertising strategies, implement ad campaigns, supervises advertising-related departments.

- Creating Annual Marketing Calendar to drive Footfall and Basket

- Handling Creative agency end to end- from Campaign Brief to execution of the campaign

- Managing ATL/BTL Budgets

- Very Good understanding about Media Planning - Traditional Media and Social Media

- Good analytical bent of mind.

- Planning of Campaign includes market where a particular campaign has to be executed through different languages and media i.e. (Press, Radio, TV, outdoor, leaflet, instore activation etc.)

- Creative execution of weekly ads, Fortnightly printing catalogues, Radio & Outdoor as per campaign and Leaflet layout distributions.

- Creating campaigns that establish VF Stores as a leader in Fresh Foods- Bonus Budhwar, Hero Veg, First fruit of the season etc.

- Develop new medium specific properties to establish Fresh stores. New property on TV, Radio and Social Media

- Develop a store BTL plan centrally for Reliance Fresh stores.

- Coordinating with state marketing team and sharing relevant images with them for leaflet, coordinating with agency, category & Media Team

- Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings

- Ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred-Experience with HUL, Future Group, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc. or good experience in Brand Marketing and managing digital part of the brand.

Prefeered candidates with PGDM from- NMIMS, MDI, Jamnalal Bajaj, BIM (Trichy), XIMB (BBSR), FMS (Delhi), SIBM (Pune), SCMHRD, SPJAIN, IMT (Ghaziabad), IIM - Indore, Kozhikode, Bangalore, Lucknow, Calcutta and Ahmedabad.

Telecom Sector(Reliance Communication, Vodafone, Idea, Airtel), Auto and Consumer durables/mobile companies (like Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Gionee) Cadbury, Nestle, Coke, Pepsi, P&G, Johnson & Johnson, RBI etc and Indian FMCG like Dabur, Marico, Godrej Soaps, ITC, Emami, Wipro Consumer Care Paints Nerolac, Asian Paints, Berger.

Candidate must have 6 - 10 years of experience in Marketing and Brand Management. Must be handling national role not regional role
