Manager - Advertising

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns aligned with company goals and market trends.

- Analyze market data and identify the most effective advertising channels (online, offline, etc.) to reach target audiences.

- Set campaign budgets, manage advertising spend, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Marketing & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing strategies.

- Stay informed of the latest advertising trends and technologies to optimize campaign performance.

- Create compelling marketing materials, such as ad copy and visuals, to support advertising initiatives.

Project Management:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle of advertising campaigns, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

- Manage and coordinate with internal and external vendors involved in the advertising process.

- Ensure strong communication and collaboration among stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 2-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role.

- Proven track record of developing and managing successful advertising campaigns across various channels.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign strategies, and analytics.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools a plus
