Position : Manager - Administration
Location : Chennai
The Administrative Manager ensures smooth running of the company's offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the office activities and operations so as to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise the administrative staff and divide responsibilities as to ensure better performance
- Support budgeting and Financial Bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Post Graduate with around 7 - 9 years of administrative experience. Experience in NBFC / BFSI is advantageous
- Ability to make independent decisions with a strong sense of empowerment and organizational and leadership skills
- Must have high ethical standards, credibility and a commitment to best practices.
- Strong analytical and dispute resolution skills.
- Process oriented with Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Proactive and self-driven
- Good communication, interpersonal abilities and presentation skills
Salary offered : 11 - 13 LPA
