Purpose of the Position :
- Manage and be responsible for vendors and contractors
- Responsible for property and all the equipment management, servicing activities
- Security Management, Hospitality management
- Liasoning with Local govt. authorities and bodies for Licenses
- New Office setup from site selection to final interior setup till operational level
- Coordinate with various departments for internal process and smooth functioning.
- Must have experience handling General Administration, Facility Management, Laisoning activities etc.
- Must have experience in Liasoning activities for various licenses based on Shops & Establishment act, safety licenses, Labour laws etc
- General building maintenance and trade knowledge
- Essential service requirements - Vendor management for -Safety, Security, Hospitality, Transportation etc.
- Facility Management experience mandatory
- Excellent communication skills required- both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Should be self- driven as this role is an individual contributor, managing the General administration activities Pan India.
