Overview of Job :

Our client is looking for an Ad Tech professional. You will be responsible to build road map and strategy for mobile Ad-tech products in India.

Reporting of the role :

This role reports to the Head Products & Platforms.

Responsibilities of the role :

- Understand the current product strategy as per current media business

- Evaluate the tech partners and their offerings

- Build and strategize product road maps for Madhouse India

What you will need :

- 6- 8 years of work experience with over 4+ years of expertise in Advertising tech product management, digital and mobile advertising media.

- In depth knowledge and understanding of web and mobile Advertising.

- Working experience with AdNetworks, AdExchanges, RTB, SSP, DSP, Google AdWords, Google AdSense, SEO & SEM.

- Experience in managing web and standard mobile display advertising across various mobile platforms (Symbian, iPhone, Android & Blackberry etc.) including location based advertising.

- Experience in Publisher, Advertiser & Agency Management & Relationship.

- Daily campaign performance analysis and monitoring CTRs and eCPM of all running campaigns real time experience.

- Immense understanding and hands on experience in Ad servers particularly 24/7 Real Media's, Open AdStream, OpenX, DART for Advertisers & Publishers (DFA/DFP), DART Enterprise, Atlas, MSN AdExpert, Solbright, SalesForce and Mobile advertising platforms like MADS, Amobee etc.

- Sound knowledge & experience with Server2Server Integration, SDK Integration, Mobile Ad Server mappings, RTB, DSPs, SSP Integrations etc.

- Campaign Trafficking and Management experience.

- Creative handling and QA

- Troubleshooting HTML and 3rd Party tags/creative

- Campaign Performance Monitoring, Pacing & Optimization

- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Campaign & Revenue Reporting.

- Inventory Management

- Ad Billing & Reconciliation

- Effective Ad Ops Project Transition & Management

- Eminent Leadership Qualities having the ability to drive projects with minimal supervision.

- People Management skills

- Screening, interviewing and Training Ad Ops Specialist & Traffickers
