The Job description is as follows:
Key responsibilities:
- Deal implementation
- Smooth Co-ordination of deals with agencies
- Process Work - internal & external
- Managing reports
- Thorough understanding of systems & processes
- Units and drawing operating performance trackers to drive budgetary and operating efficiencies
Performance Measures:
- Management of bookings, sponsorships, checking of logs, safe guarding revenue targets for schedules, facing inventory issues - in the same month.
- Follow up for materials, schedules, revised schedules, sponsorship checklist & resolving issues - timely follow ups.
- Maintaining updated records of consumption, providing information on program changes, managing inventory with Traffic & agencies - managing sponsorships and deadlines.
- Daily revenue reports, timely submission of management reports - 100% accuracy.
- Making recommendations for improvement of systems and processes, identifying errors and rectifying the same.
