Role:
- Identifying, signing up and managing online marketing agencies across his/her region with the sole aim of driving product ads from sellers and driving incremental sales, increased efficiencies and superior customer experience.
- Help define overall approach with its agency partner in the Product advertising space
- Identify and prioritize agencies across the region
- Create an environment in the region free of Channel conflict
- Develop partner value proposition
- Sign up agencies and bring them on board
- Need to have understanding on creating/signing Partner agreements
- Should be able to facilitate & inspire partners on a regular basis by showing them the positive impact
- Media Planning, Strategy & Measurement & Optimization
- Build long term strategic partnerships with most relevant agencies in the region
- Articulate and update agencies on organization's product and developments
- Responsible for educating clients and agencies on best practices
- Develop Seller allocation process and execution across different agencies.
- Designing incentive campaigns for agencies to drive sales.
- Designing models for effective control procedures at agencies
- Understanding working model of agencies and sellers and creating synergies between both.
- Drives product innovation based upon agencies and seller needs
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, etc.).
- Partner within cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to organization's success in the region
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide reports as needed
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and company's Product Ad solutions
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals for own set of agencies.
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales, consulting and operational customer service
Additional Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of Channel Management, Consulting, Product Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience
- Self-motivated, ability to assume leadership challenges.
- Should have experience on Partner profiling
- Experience with the industry or business trends in the industry (Product Ads, Agency sales model, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
- Thorough knowledge and/or experience in sales or marketing with a proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
- Proven track record in dealing with Agency owners. Passionate about e-commerce
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Understanding of user behaviour and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
