Key Responsibilities:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the product, its strengths, and positioning for effective pitching.

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the industries and categories being serviced, along with the unique marketing challenges faced by each client organization.

- Maintain a macro view of account clusters, media plans, and revenue potential.

- Network and build strong relationships at all levels within client and agency organizations to understand business trends, focusing on upcoming campaigns and revenue potential.

- Create strategies to strengthen existing client relationships and identify new clients.

- Participate in and close negotiations with clients and agencies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory, Operations) to deliver maximum value on deals, taking complete ownership of deal execution, client servicing, and post-campaign evaluations.

- Provide accurate revenue projections for allocated accounts.

Organizational Relationships:

- Internal: Sales Operations, Research, Inventory, and Finance teams.

- External: All key client and agency stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Prior experience working in the ad sales vertical for a television channel.

- Clear understanding of market dynamics at both agency and client levels.

- Exceptional communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor's degree.

Preferred: MBA
