Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in order to achieve strategic business objectives
Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Champion and drive HR initiatives such as Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement and organizational change with customized approach to the business unit. Own up timeliness, accuracy and analytics of all such critical processes.
Build strong connect with business leaders and increase the HR touch point across the business unit
Provide coaching to the leaders to address and resolve strategic employee issues
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
Champion and drive HR and OD initiatives across the business unit such as performance management and improvement systems, communication, employee engagement and organizational changes
MBA/PG (HR)- Full time with 7+ years of experience from Premier institutes.
