Job Title Manager - Accounts Receivables

Role Requirements
- Assist in managing the accounts receivable function.
- Knowledge on statutory like GST and TDS is must
- Lead and Manage a team of 3/4 colleagues on accounts reconciliation.
- Perform accounts reconciliation, allocation, follow up/ meetings with internal & external stakeholders.
- Investigating and resolving invoicing issues to improve the cash flows.
- Bring in efficiency and develop scalable systems and processes to reduce manual intervention.
- Automate Reconciliation tool.
- Support Business and Finance by providing a robust MIS on Accounts receivables.
- Assisting with closing at the end of every month and ensuring timely submission of monthly Regional & Internal reporting's.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint (Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel)
- VBA Macros to automate excel functions
General Skills
- Strong Communication / presentation skills.
- Excellent database management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills.
Preferred candidate profile
Prior Experience - 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Education/ Qualification
- CA (Preferably all exams cleared in first attempt)
