Manager - Accounts Receivable

- The Accounts Receivable Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the timely collection of payments from customers.

- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, from invoice generation to collection and reconciliation. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Responsibilities: Process customer invoices and ensure their accuracy and completeness.

- Manage the accounts receivable aging report and follow up on outstanding customer balances. Initiate and maintain efficient collection procedures, including phone calls, emails, and formal dunning letters.

- Research and resolve customer disputes regarding invoices and payments. Apply cash receipts accurately and record customer payments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable activities.

- Reconcile bank statements and accounts receivable ledgers.

- Prepare monthly reports on collection activities and account balances. Identify and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce bad debts. Adhere to company policies and procedures for accounts receivable management.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
