Manager - Accounts - Real Estate

Job Description:

We are having an opportunity in a real estate company for the Honkong location.

1. The candidate must be either Inter CA dropout or a qualified Chartered accountant

2. This vacancy is for Honkong location.

3. Preference to Male candidates only.

4. The candidate should have experience in Accounts till the finalization of accounts, finance and MIS of atleast 2 years

5. The candidate should have knowledge of fund raising and negotation with bank.

6. The candidate will be given the bachelor accomdation for 3 to 5 years

7. The communication skills should be strong.

8. It is work from Hongkong location.

9. Looking for a candidate anywhere from India.

10. Manage the accounts executives

11. Execution of daily and monthly MIS according to the format

12. Ensuring the company's books of accounts are maintained in a timely and orderly fashion

Education Qualification

CA Qualified or Drop out CA inter

Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts and MIS

- Deep knowledge of taxation and accounting principles

- Ability to communicate strongly Hindi and English
