Designation: Accounts Manager - Procure to Pay & Record to Report- Mumbai

Job Description:

- Currently handling MIS - The Mobile Stores Ltd.,

- Providing Monthly P&L and B/S

- Month end Provision. GL Scrutiny and Variance Analysis for monthly expenses.

- Bank Reconciliation, Inter Company Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation

- Statutory Audit Support - Expenses schedules, Year end Provision Working.

- Variance Analysis against last year expenses to auditor.

- Equinox Reality Business having 23 Nos. subsidiary company.

- Data Transformation from Tally to SAP through BDC upload.

- To ensure correct Balances uploaded for Vendor, Customer & GL with correct recon & ICP account.

- To ensure balances are correctly reflected as Liability, Assets, Expenses & Income through BDC.

- To handle day to day accounting and to ensure correctness in SAP as per legacy system.

- Month close providing Provisions, P&L & Balance Sheet.

- To Provide working for TDS, TCS, Service Tax, CST & VAT for payment.

- Handling Accounts Payable

- Monthly Accounting Rs.2100 Crs. Invoice & 12400 Count. and Processing of Payments.

- Customer engagement on a day to day with various business spokes.

- Monitoring day to day Invoice Processing flow, Vendor Advances, Vendor Ledger & GL Scrutiny.

- Bank Reconciliation, GR IR open items, Providing Creditors reports, Advance Report, GL open items status.

- Monitoring of Day to day productivity of team, Providing Cross training & keeping the team effective.

- To Provide FTE (Full Time Equivalent) Calculation using Time & Motion Study. RCA & CAP.

- Compliance to Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Turn Around Time (TAT) day to day monitoring.

- Processing of payment in E-payment environment with H2H solution, ensuring accuracy with volumes.

- Governance call with business. Providing resolution to Open points. Preparation of PPT.

- Audit Compliance and Audit Points Resolution.
