Position: Manager - Accounts Payable & Financial Reporting
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
- Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Acts as a liaison between the company, external vendors, auditors to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
- Monitor and adhere to corporate expense budgets, calculate variances and take cost combing initiatives
- Manage the fixed assets register. Ensure that all fixed assets are insured and claims are filed in time. To follow up with insurer for claim settlement.
- Ensure that detailed balance sheet review is done on monthly basis
