Role Objective

The Manager shall lead operational and strategic planning for the team assigned, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources. He shall work closely with the client and look for opportunities to grow the business for the firm. He must have the ability to manage the function with minimal direction

Job responsibilities:

- Has fair knowledge of General Accounting/Non-Accounting processes, month close procedures

- Knowledge of working on ERP softwares like Oracle, SAP

- Prior experience in handling Statutory compliances like TDS and GST

- Ensures efficient, accurate and timely processing as per SLA

- Has a keen eye for process improvements and bringing process excellence

Required Candidate profile

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to be,

- a CA/CA Inter/ MCom /MBA Finance

- with at least 8-14 years of relevant work experience

- Strategic Perspective:Takes account of a wide range of longer-term issues, opportunities and contingencies. Identifies the means of implementing plans in line with the vision and direction.
