Manager - Accounts Payable - CA - Auto

ONLY CA-From 2011, 12, 13 or 14 Batch

Job Responsibilities:

1. To provide leadership, guidance and professional expertise and lead a team of 10+ resources in heading the Accounts Payable vertical and Direct Taxes vertical for pan-India operations.

2. Re-structuring and aligning the vertical to serve growing business demand and challenges

3. Drawing up business performance metrics for measuring the efficiency and performance of team

4. Designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control - formulation of SOP's to ensure sound maker-checker and DoA controls and issuing guidelines for streamlining AP process

5. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures

We are looking for:

A Chartered Accountant of 2012 or 2013 batch working in reputed startups/ organisations having relevant experience in business finance/commercial roles. The candidate must have experience in setting up financial processes for key business verticals eg. Receivables, Payable,taxation, accounting etc.

Candidate must be in leadership position handling small/mid-sized teams.

Candidate must have completed his article ship from Big 4 audit firms handling statutory/internal audits.
