Job Description - Key Responsibilities

- Day to day finance lead for supplier payments; Import Payments( MUST)

- Working with the senior management on the supplier issues;

- 3 WAY Matching of invoices and run Open PO process. P2P responsibility

- Account for both the PO and Non-PO and process the payments

- Preparation of Statement of Prepaid expenses and charging off to expenses account periodically.

- Performing Bank Accounts Reconciliation.

- Reconciliation of all General Ledger Accounts and ensure transactions are posted correctly in the Books.

- Cost Centre allocations/distributions and Assessment.

- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment;

- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

- Posting and allocating the payments in the system;

- Regularly tabulate data provide ad-hoc analysis and compile necessary supplier reports on pending docs, invoice/ tax discrepancies; invoice due dates etc.;

- Corresponding with suppliers and respond to inquiries;

- Continuously improve the payment process and assist with supplier related projects;

Skills and Experience

- University graduate;

- Previous experience of being in a Treasurer/ Payment assistant;

- Strong previous experience as a Treasurer/ Accounts Payable role within a large organization;

- Strong numeracy skills;

- Strong knowledge of excel;

- Strong communication skills both internally and externally;

- Experience of early settlement discount schemes in relation to supplier payments;

- Experience of supplier discounts (Tech fee) schemes in relation to supplier payments;

- Experience of dealing with and resolving supplier queries;

- Strong experience with ORACLE Payables & GL Strong organizational/time management
