Manager - Accounts/Floating Staff Payroll

We are looking for an Accounts cum Floating Staff Payroll Manager

Indian Shipping Company work experience is a Must

Job Requirements :

- Commerce Graduates (with First Class) with 15+ years of work experience and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Fleet Payroll of an Indian Shipping Company.

- Prior hands-on experience in Floating Staff Payroll processing, handling the payroll of at least 1000 employees

- Knowledge of MUI & NUSI Agreements.

- Sound knowledge of Income-tax provisions relating to the taxation of Floating Staff Salary & perquisites and related quarterly TDS Return filing process

- Sound knowledge of regulatory provisions relating to labor law compliance areas such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, SPFO, NMB, and other related returns filing and other compliances

- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices

- Working knowledge of Vendor Payments processing and related TDS/GST provisions.

Other skills :

- Good Managerial Skills

- Experience working on SAP is preferred though not a constraint

- Strong mathematical skills with an ability to spot numerical errors

- Attention to detail and methodical

- Time management skills to achieve compliance targets

- Proficient in MS Office

- Good written and verbal communication skills
