Manager - Accounts & Financial Planning - NBFC - CA

Position - Lead Accounts & Financial Planning.

Education - CA.

Experience - 6 - 10 years post qualification (min. 2 years in NBFC).

Location - Gurugram.

Experience in NBFC accounting in an Ind AS environment.

- Hands on experience in Regulatory Reporting.

- Ability to manage Financial Planning & Analysis for the organisation.

- Preparation of Financial statements and related disclosures on the basis of IND AS.

- Preparation of monthly & quarterly RBI Reporting.

- Facilitating the audits and coordinating with auditors and business stakeholders for. audit queries and timely closure of the audits.

- Cash Inflow, DPD analysis and Overdue Hold Release.

- Monthly Provision and Accounting of Paid and unpaid Assigned Customer.

- Monthly and Quarterly preparation of Asset liability management position (ALM) of. the company and reporting to RBI.

- Excellent leadership, visualisation abilities, problem solving skills and ability to extract the best from the team.

- Motivate and manage teams to work collaboratively and achieve business and individual goals.

- Manage end-to-end operations delivery, meeting operational metrics such as TAT, quality, and process improvement. Manage diverse teams effectively, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
