We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts and Finance Manager with a strong background in financial reporting to join dynamic team of our client based out Noida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience in financial operation, reporting, along with comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial forecasting to support business decision-making and strategic planning.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitor budgetary performance, and provide regular updates and recommendations.

- Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external audits. Assist auditors in conducting financial audits, addressing any issues or queries, and implementing audit recommendations.

- General Ledger Management: Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial transactions.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to gather financial information, address queries, and provide financial insights and recommendations.

- Financial Systems and Tools: Utilize financial software and tools to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Charted Accountant is must.

2. Proven experience as an Accounts and Finance Manager, with a focus on financial reporting, preferably in a corporate or similar environment.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

6. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

7. Experience in managing audits and working with auditors.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

An immediate joiner will be preferred. CTC budget is 10-14 Lacs as per experience.
