Position : Accounts and compliances
Job Description:
- Leading and managing complete account division for the company.
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
- Audits accounts to ensure compliance with regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
- Responsible for global Direct and indirect tax, SEZ compliance, Banking, FEMA, Import & Export Compliance
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements,
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
- Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
- Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
- Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
- Overviewing and managing working capital of company, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
- MIS reporting monthly & Annually
