Manager - Accounts & Finance - Cold Storage Chain

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant/Commerce Background/Pg with 10 to 12 years of work experience OR Commerce Graduate/ PG with 15 Years of Experience in Accounting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Being worked in a position of Accounts Head with a team handling experience of minimum 5-7 people with capabilities of conducting work study of staff.

- Well versed with finalization of Balance Sheets as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act.

- Updated with latest changes in Income Tax Laws & Companies Act Laws and should be having the capability to analyze the change of provisions & application of the same in our operations.

- Experience in handling accounts in relation to Imports & should be well aware of procedures of settlement of Bill of Entries with AD Banks.

- Ensuring the flow of accounting/ stocks related information & other such reports from other branches of the Company and timely recording of the same in Books of Accounts.

- Ensuring timely Compliance of Statutory Laws like Income Tax, Companies Act, GST.

- Preparation of responses and compilation of data in relation to the notices issued, assessments done by Statutory bodies like Income Tax Department etc.

- To liaison with Auditors regularly to settle the ongoing financial issues & assessment cases with statutory authorities.

- To liaison with banking Institutions & submission of CMA data, Stock Statements, compliance documents, due diligence reports & other such requirements regularly.

- Preparation of various MIS reports & submission of the same to management.

- Candidates with experience of Transfer pricing, Related Party Transactions, general secretarial matters, FEMA Compliance etc. will be preferred.
