Manager - Accounts & Finance

Position : Manager Accounts and Finance.

Qualification : CA / MBA.

Job Role :

- Preparing Financials annually and quarterly as per Schedule requirements of the Company.

- Preparing Monthly MIS for the management.

- Computing variance with the budget and analyzing the same.

- Preparing variance analysis report monthly in PPT and sending to board.

- Preparing Year-end Budget in conjunction with discussion with CFO & CEO for presentation to board.(Budget includes Revenue budget, Expenses budget (HR, Admin, IT, Sales etc), Capex, Cash flow budget, Depreciation, etc.,)

- Preparing Business plan for the company.

- Preparing pricing strategy for the company to be adopted for the new clients.

- Other day to day activities such as controlling Finance, Cash management, Expenses management, etc., Cash management includes considering the requirements of expenses bi-weekly, accordingly use the funds available and deployment of the funds in investments when not in use.

- Preparing mid-term Forecast for comparing the same with the budget.

- Preparing Departmental Profit & Loss Account quarterly for analyzing and controlling the costs.

- Preparing Unit Costing and discuss the same with the CFO.

- Analyzing the Unit Costing and comparing it with revenue.

- Applying the Unit Costing results for pricing decisions, Cost control, etc.

- Preparing Client based Profit & Loss Account and reviewing the same for adoption of additional clients.

- Monitoring of day to day transactions.

- Day to day activities includes authorizing the payments (cash & online), follow up of the outstanding receivables, managing the payments with the due dates.

- Ensuring timely payment of TDS and Service Tax.

- Statutory requirements in respect of Income tax, Service tax.

- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
