- Ensure all Government Audit issues are addressed

- GST compliance

- Ensuring Budgetary Control

- Monitoring Related Party Transactions and ensuring within approved Board approved limits

- Ensure timely completion of Tax audit

- Compliance with Transfer pricing

- Ensuring proper Working capital management

- Terms loan monitoring

- To take Cost reduction measures

- Monthly EC Presentation on timely

- Quarterly Limited Review on timely

- Ensuring to get Incentive on time
