We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as the Manager Accounts. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering financial efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to facilitate accurate financial reporting.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.

- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for optimization and growth.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations through meticulous internal audits.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to the accounting team.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in managerial accounting, preferably within the retail sector.

- Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines.
