They're looking for a young CA / ICWA to groom into a strategic leadership position within their corporate finance team.

Job Description - Reporting to the VP-Finance, you'll be working closely with the senior finance leadership and will be responsible for:

- Driving strategic decision making in management accounting and costing alongside top leadership in finance

- Overseeing plant product costing, MIS and budgeting across 20+ plants across India and international locations

- Preparing budgets and forecasts on a monthly and annual basis

- Conducting variance analysis on a monthly basis and across stock/inventory levels

- Basic modeling to support decision making by operational staff

- Standard costing calculation and manufacturing overhead variance analysis

The Successful Candidate - You're a qualified CA/ICWA with a passion and drive for success. You will have developed strong financial and management accounting skills with extensive exposure to costing and inventory accounting. Ideally you will have a strong working knowledge of SAP. Fundamentally the successful candidate will have an ambitious, driven personality and will be looking to further their career within a challenging environment.
