Job Description :

Reporting directly to the Head of accounting change, you will be responsible for :

- Determining and aligning project deliverables for Accounting and Control for specific project and team along with IT/project team

- Working closely with IT, business heads and consultants to clearly articulate the strategic requirements

Reviewing project work relating to :

- Accounting requirements documentation and scope agreement

- Solution design and process change agreement

- Analyse step changes and business change plan for deployment

- Scenario building and UAT process

- Go live planning and post go live review of data, attributes

- Validating requirements conveyed by the accounting function

- Managing stakeholders (internal A&C and external stakeholders) to ensure the solution meets business requirements and there are no business surprises for go-live

Profile :

- CA with 7 - 10 years of experience

- 3+ years of experience in accounting change or system transformation

- Experience in SAP/Oracle implementation

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
