About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Account Manager to lead our MarTech sales efforts in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships within the digital marketing and technology space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of MarTech solutions, particularly Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the Mumbai market.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for MarTech services.

- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Mumbai region.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to potential clients.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on MarTech solutions.

- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging MarTech technologies.

- Develop a deep understanding of the Mumbai market and its specific needs.

- Provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.

- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

- Develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall sales planning process.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless client delivery.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on MarTech services.

- Proven track record of success in selling Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

- Strong experience closing sales deals within the MarTech space.

- Candidate must reside within the Mumbai region.

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing and MarTech concepts.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Strong networking abilities within the Mumbai business community.

- Established network of contacts within the Mumbai digital marketing and technology industry.

- Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
