Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the practice grow in the focus area of GCC/Captives and create solutions tailored to these clients.
- Focus on key accounts and build sales pipeline for the practice by supporting sales proposals
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Executive Directors and Partners
- Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Train, coach, and supervise staff
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your company brand
Skills Required:
- Account Management and previous experience in Hunting as well as Farming accounts
- Experience in Risk/Data Analytics and analytics based solutions
- Ability to drive pursuits and work with the business stakeholders and clients
- Previous experience in selling to captives and working on contracting (MSA, local country agreement)
- Experience in Stakeholder management, project management and pursuits.
- Must be an effective communicator, who has a proven record of providing consulting experiences to global clients
- Prior Consulting/Big 4 experience
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Tech (B.E) or CA from a reputed college/ University
MBA is a plus
Prior Consulting experience is preferred
7 + years of professional experience working with Captives/GCC/GIC
