JOB TITLE: MANAGER - Accounts and Finance

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Fixed Assets Management and review.

- Depreciation analysis.

- Monthly financial closing which involves preparation of financial statements of subsidiary in accordance with INDAS as also ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

- M.I.S: Develop and maintain an effective MIS system for subsidiary companies and generate timely and insightful financial reports for management decision making.

- Inventory reconciliation: Oversee and manage the reconciliation of inventory records with customer's data. Implement processes to address discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.

- Accounts receivable reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Cash flow projections: Prepare and maintain projected cash flow statements for subsidiary company, monitor cashflow trends and provide recommendations to optimize liquidity.

- IT automation and SAP Reporting: Lead efforts to automate financial processes using IT solutions. Help in enhancement of SAP reports to improve financial reporting efficiency.

Job Requirement:

- Experience in SAP

- Knowledge of IND AS and financial reporting

- Good in analytical skills and excel

Qualifications : CA (Mandatory)
