Manager - Account & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementing and maintaining the organization's financial policies and procedures

- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports

- Managing day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making

- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Handling tax planning and compliance

- Supervising a team of finance and accounting staff

- Assisting in the external audit process

- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards

- Participating in financial planning and strategy development

- Supporting the Manager in special projects and initiatives

- Monitoring and controlling cash flow

- Developing and implementing cost-effective measures

- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

- Assisting in financial risk management

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Professional accounting qualification (e., CPA, ACCA, CMA)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance

- Proven experience with financial reporting and analysis

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Sound knowledge of budget management and forecasting

- Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools

- Experience in financial risk management

- High level of integrity and ethical conduct
