1.P&L ownership of the city, including sales
2.Manage the performance of all employees in the city across HR, operations etc
3.Plan marketing activities and review sales reports with a view to meeting monthly and annual sales targets
4.Play a significant role in long term planning with view to deliver
5.Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
6.Work closely with cross functional teams within like Marketing, Tech to deliver business goals
7.Conduct Periodic performance reviews with the team and key business stakeholders.
8.Responsible for managing the City team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets and formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team
