Role and Responsibilities:
- The initial probation period will focus on back-end productized assignments and the incumbent will then gradually transition into front end Sales & Advisory role with experience & maturity.
- Managing multiple projects through efficient planning of resources and monitoring the progress of the project
- Efficient time management and ensure smooth & timely execution of projects. Will also assist and at times lead development of client proposals, approach notes, content development, back end data tracking and reporting
- Support & at times lead content development and delivery for client engagements, and coordinating the effort of team members
- He / She is expected to contribute to diagnosis and solutioning of a client’s problem.
- He / She will be required to assist in the preparation of client proposals, research on industry best practices, current trends in areas relevant to client engagement.
- Actively lead social media campaigns in the online space - LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+ and the company website to promote the latest research, articles and blogs.
