Job Title : Management Trainee - Sales Pre/Sales (Freshers)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee - Sales Pre/Sales to join our IT company. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team and performing various pre-sales and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities for the company's products and services.

- Assist the sales team in creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.

- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other events to represent the company and promote its products and services.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide timely and accurate feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/P.G degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
