Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

- Work within team to develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategies

- Assist with developing and executing digital marketing plan, promotional and brand event related activities

- Assist with research and analysis tasks

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas

- Complete assigned projects and tasks within given timeframes

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge

- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation

- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives

- Proactively seek opportunities to learn and grow within the organization

- Support senior team members in various projects and tasks

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Communications and other relevant degrees (freshers are welcome to apply)

- Passionate and highly motivated self-starters with a drive to get the job done

- Potential for leadership with a great attitude and work ethics

- Attention to detail with good presentation skills

- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas

- Good spoken and written English
