Role Details :
1. Manage Search Assignments:
- Understand and help define client needs and prepare a brief of the needs - including JDs, Success Profiles and Assignment Briefs.
- Determine search strategy
- Build Sourcing maps and list of target companies
- Prepare long list, do initial checks and assessments and build shortlists.
- Coordinate tests, compile reports and facilitate interviews with Principals and with Clients
2. Build and manage database as well as Industry maps.
3. Manage multiple client engagements through efficient planning and monitoring the progress of assignments.
4. Efficient time management and ensure smooth & timely execution of assignments. Will also assist and at times lead development of client proposals, approach notes, content development and publishing, back end data tracking and reporting
5. Assist in the preparation of client proposals, research on industry best practices, current trends in areas relevant to client engagement.
6. Continuously explore Market Best Practices and implement relevant Best Practices
7. Actively lead social media campaigns in the online space - LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+ and the company website to promote the latest research, articles and blogs from SDF.
