Job Description - As a management consultant you will be reporting to the Partner. Your responsibilities will include:

- · To build the entire Salesforce practice in India · Manage the business alliance with salesforce.com · Build and develop a sustainable network of clients · Work alongside various internal business units to design and sell profitable business and digital transformation programs · Grow to manage a team and develop talent through training and mentorship

The Successful Candidate - The right candidate will have 9-11 years of experience in management consulting. You would have experience working with salesforce.com and any existing relationships with Salesforce would be preferred. You should be able to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will manage the Salesforce business and should therefore be highly motivated to develop new relationships and manage the growth of the business. You should have a strong passion for technology consulting. You should be able to demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
