Management Consultant - ME - Private Bank
Job Objective :
The role holder will lead and implement 4 assignments in a year across various Businesses /Operations /Risk / Support units (for instance projects related to enhancing synergies / improving staff productivity/ reduced TATs / enhancing governance practices etc).
Core Responsibilities :
- Define Problem Statement, Conduct field visits / focus interviews, understand the symptoms, establish root causes and recommend solutions
- Coverage of relevant benchmarking w.r.t. best in class practices
- Discuss the solutions internally with Head ME
- Make presentation to relevant senior stakeholders (incl. Business Heads) on the assignment deliverables
- Ensure execution of the recommendations
- Can include - conducting pilots/ running processes for a brief duration/ ensuring successful hand-over to BUs
Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities :
- Interact with BH/departmental heads to understand their current challenges / areas where they would like ME to intervene and conduct a detailed study
- Analyse MIS/data received from various business units and look out for trends which can provide ME with an opportunity to conduct detailed study
Qualifications and Experience :
- MBA from premier institute
- 8-9 years post qualification experience in Financial Services in a reputable organization / BFSI consulting
