Management Consultant - MBB - Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

About:

- Our client, a consulting firm based out of Dubai, specialising in optimising operations and delivering innovative, scalable solutions, is looking for a consultant to join their team and support them in their expansion.

- They are looking to engage a consultant with extensive consulting experience who can contribute to business development (BD) efforts, focusing on proposal writing and other BD-related tasks while leveraging their consulting background to enhance the quality and strategic alignment of deliverables.

- The consultant will work remotely and will be travelling to Dubai as required, balancing BD activities with insights from past consulting experience.

- The consultant will work closely with the leadership and delivery teams to ensure the strategy is actionable and supports long-term growth.

Experience and Skills:

- Identify potential business opportunities and assist in building strategic relationships with prospective clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and identify areas of client need for new business opportunities.

- Assist in the development and refinement of BD strategies, including target markets, client engagement, and growth initiatives.

- Draft high-quality, tailored proposals in response to client requests, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.

- Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including writing, editing, and structuring of documents, ensuring timely submission.

- Incorporate technical and consulting expertise into proposals, bringing depth and credibility to BD efforts.

- Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to craft proposals that clearly articulate value propositions.

- Provide insights into best practices, industry trends, and client pain points, helping to shape solutions that resonate with clients.

- Participate in client discussions where needed to help translate consulting insights into actionable strategies for BD and proposals.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field, with hands-on business development and proposal writing experience.

- Strong proposal writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling documents.

- Deep understanding of consulting methodologies and the ability to apply that knowledge to BD efforts.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Former MBB consultant (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with significant strategy consulting experience.

This opportunity will be on an initial 3-month contract. The consultant will be required to work on a remote basis and travel to Dubai once a while.
