Management Consultant/Consultant - Outsourcing/BPO/IT Sector

Job Title : Outsourcing/BPO/IT Management Consultants/Senior Consultants

Experience : 2-6 yrs. (Post MBA)

Senior Consultant / Consultant :

Purpose :

- Be a part of the Global Management Consulting Practice of the Firm and contribute to the growth of the Firm through working on billable client assignments, internal IP development and go-to-market activities

Functional Responsibilities :

- 5 years of management consulting and/or operations management, in a consulting firm or professional services group in outsourcing service providers

-Managing client relationships with senior-level clients

- Consulting experience in at least some or many of the following areas:

- Process mapping and documentation, problem analysis and reporting, solution design in the areas of business transformation and strategic sourcing,

- Market scanning and analysis

- Financial and Risk Modeling

- Strategic sourcing - strategy, developing RFP statements of work, financials, governance and service management, direct hands-on experience in architecting, executing and managing transition planning and support activities

- and Business Process and technology assessment

- Managing large budgets and ensuring timeliness, quality, and cost of engagements

- Support of intellectual capital in new growth areas

- Support for proposal development

Other Requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

- Exceptional interpersonal and client skills, with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives

- Demonstrated leadership, client management, project management and business development skills

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to travel outside of India

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from a top-rated school required preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Social Science

- Master's degree in Business or related field preferred

- Additional qualifications in Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma desirable.
