Role : - Looking for a highly motivated individual, who will work with the Corporate Strategy Lead in building new revenue streams for Mamaearth - Work on developing solutions to scale existing growth levers across Marketing, Offline Sales etc - Work on developing solutions to maximize usage of analytics and decision sciences across business areas - Help influence a high-performance culture by challenging critical business assumptions and encouraging cross-functional collaboration Requirement : - 1-3 years of experience in a top tier strategy/financial consulting/IB/VC role (Ideally in CPG industry) - Experience in strategy development, with a focus on growth strategy and execution. - Thrives on chaos and ambiguity, and loves to structure and solve the most complex problems. - Strong financial modelling skills (e.g. P&L modelling, business plan etc.) - Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic commercial, highly analytical, - Clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity. - Proficient in market research and data analysis; should be able to provide strong business judgment/build hypothesis. - Strong written communications - Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
