- Define and own Business goals, develop new programs and content; develop and oversee new partnerships with artists, content producers, creative talent to drive subscriber growth.
- Develop and execute Digital Content Strategy for original/branded content for YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify with guidance from the leadership team.
- Work closely with creative teams and leadership team to evaluate and develop new content, programming for all digital content platforms viz., Youtube, YT shorts, Spotify, etc.,
- Collaborate with legal and finance team to create strategic partnerships and content opportunities. Create new IP assets with top talent by negotiating agreements, managing and creating commercial briefs, policies and budgets.
- Manage network of Content Creators, Oversee 3rd party production from concept to final delivery.
- Define and track targets for content based on pre-defined metrics and identify areas for optimization and improvement (content performance analysis).
- Develop scheduling team to optimize content release patterns.
- Periodically present reports to the Leadership team and review business goals and performance
