- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for Malabar Group.
- Manage online presence, digital performance, digital innovation and customer relationship systems.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitors and other relevant information to form digital marketing strategies and provide suggestions for improvement by identifying industry trends and aligning the approach.
- Create Digital Marketing road map, set goals & milestones for marketing, brand stewardship, customer experience & demand generation for each area, and the ability to deliver on plans and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
- Manage frontend and backend website changes/updates, including company blog and news updates. Manage landing page creation, edits, testing and tracking.
- Develop and manage content
- Evaluate digital creations and consider their - appropriateness for use.
- Understand business requirements and adapt the same into a digital approach.
- Promote the brand through available digital channels like Social media marketing, Email marketing, SEO, PPC, online news and channel media.
