Job Description :

- Identify gaps that impacts customer experience. Planning new programs to automate processes, create tools and improve productivity.

- Planning, executing and monitoring collection of customer feedback and its impact related organization functions.

- Working with stakeholders across organization to execute on the planned road map. Plan, measure and report improvement.

- Handling customer service as a strategic function

- Developing metrics and showing significant improvement

- Provide regular operational reporting in relation to key success indicators; monitor performance, develop and execute against action plans to address areas of concern.

- Triage consumer escalations working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements :

- The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter

- Strong business judgment and deep analytical skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

- Knowledge of Basic Excel.

- Ability to track no's and projects
