HRBP will work closely with the HR Shared services team (SS team) / Centre's of Excellence (CoE) for the teams. In this role HRBP will support the Business Unit management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management / succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. This role drives project management for various HR initiatives including performance management, succession planning, policy review and implementation, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Analyze the new hire feedback and exit data and suggest action items around the same for the relevant units.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
- Conduct periodic employee connect session with an attempt to address any critical issues
- Assess business unit's human resources training needs and accordingly plan the training calendar in consultation with the L&D team
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the performance management & review process. This includes both annual and mid-year processes as well as goal setting.
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions
and job re-leveling and movements
Desired Profile
- Should be an MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 3-5 years of work experience
- Should have excellent communication skills, ability to influence
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic business environment
