Responsibilities:
- Assist the business in taking data driven decisions
- Suggest metrics and analyze data when appropriate resulting in key business dashboards/reports therefore, building on business intelligence
- Performs primary/secondary research, including customer, geographical distribution, competition, and market surveys.
- Identifies market segments and develops specialized pricing approaches.
- Measures and monitors performance of products
- Focus on margin growth and optimizing the existing suppliers
- Delivering superior data support to business partners to help them optimize operations
- Leveraging opportunities to drive economies of scale and scope
- Work across cross functional and cross organization teams to drive results
Desired Profile:
- Full Time MBA from top B schools with 4-8 years of experience post MBA
- Exceptional command over excel and power point - exposure to additional analytical tools an advantage
- Should have experience in Business Analytics
- Must possess leadership qualities with strategic vision
- Innovative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent problem solving skills - coming up with simple solutions to complex problems
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Should be open to travel
