Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements, conceptualize analysis frameworks, define data requirements, perform the analysis, and coordinate implementation with relevant stakeholders. Create presentations that present the - story- from the analysis to external/ internal customers.

- Work collaboratively as a part of the larger client team to understand requirements and provide relevant solutions

- Study market reports & prepare analysis & create synopsis for management review

- Regularly create high impact & creative presentations as per business requirement on various agendas (both qualitative & quantitative)

- Actively liaison/ work with cross-functional teams to fulfil supply project requirements on strategic projects/ initiatives

- Design, Administer, analyze & report research projects as per requirements

- Ability to learn & adapt to new tools (cloud based/ other) as per requirements

- Create analytics/ dashboards/ reports on excel based on data from various databases on an adhoc basis

Requirements :

- Candidate with work experience of max. 2 years from a premier Commerce school or an MBA with relevant experience.

- Possesses strong analytical / logical thinking skills

- Should have played project and team management roles

- Proficient in SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint, exposure to R/SAS preferred

- He must have the ability to think strategically and analytically in order to effectively assess each assignment.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to work in tight deadlines & under pressure.

- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills.

- Good listening and comprehension skills

- Excellent time management skills.
