- Handling of litigations related to consumer forums, state and national commissions

- Handling of civil and criminal complaints by and against the company

- Attending courts or forums as company's counsel wherever necessary for evidence, settlement of disputes or arguments

- Briefing the external counsels who appear on behalf of the company

Requirements

- LLB or LLM from a reputed university with atleast 3 years of post-qualification experience, specifically in handling litigations.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Interpersonal and liaison skills with external authorities

Salary Range: 8-12 LPA
