Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Product Development
Core Purpose of the Job (What is the reason that this job exists ) :
- The objective of this role is to manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to execution.
Areas Of Responsibility:
Success Indicators :
- To create travel products based upon deep dive into consumer insights/needs based on various critical pointers like experience sought, average spending capacity, food and travel preferences etc.

- To manage costs through innovative contracting requiring a skill for negotiation and painting the larger picture.
- To manage Revenue by taking pricing decisions and utilizing forecasting tools.
- To build technology based tools to promote ease of selling among the sales channels.
- To create Marketing plan to promote destinations working in synch with Marketing.
- Cross functional interaction to drive destination agenda with multiple functions like Contracting, Marketing, Finance and Sales etc.
- To provide the sales team with the necessary expertise to enable them to sell the product.
- To manage the P&L for the respective destinations.
- Team handling experience

Qualification And Experience :
Educational Qualifications : Minimum Graduate or equivalent degree
Relevant Experience :
- The candidate should have in depth knowledge of domestic destinations
- Should have liaised with suppliers and handled end to end Product delivery
